The 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade, named after General Marko Bezruchko, is a distinguished unit of the Ukrainian Ground Forces. Established in March 2022, shortly after the onset of Russia’s full-scale invasion, the brigade was rapidly deployed to the Avdiivka sector, where it held defensive positions for nearly two years.

The brigade’s emblem features a mounted Cossack warrior, reflecting the legacy of General Marko Bezruchko, a prominent commander of the Ukrainian People’s Republic who played a significant role in the defense against Bolshevik forces during the Polish-Soviet War.

Throughout its deployment, the 110th Brigade engaged in intense combat operations, including the defense of the Avdiivka Coke Plant and repelling multiple Russian assaults.
