DESCRIPTION

93rd Mechanized Brigade “Kholodnyi Yar” Patch 7×9,5cm — original Ukrainian-made PVC patch of the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade, known by its honorary name “Kholodnyi Yar”. The patch measures 7×9,5 cm and comes with a hook backing for use on combat uniforms and tactical gear.

This unit has been one of the most active brigades since 2014, known for its resilience, discipline, and participation in high-intensity combat missions across Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, and beyond.

Historical Background – 93rd Mechanized Brigade “Kholodnyi Yar”:

The 93rd Mechanized Brigade was one of the first units to be mobilized in response to the military conflict in 2014. Its soldiers participated in the defense of Donetsk Airport, the battles of Ilovaisk, and later operations in Avdiivka, Bakhmut, and Izium.

Named “Kholodnyi Yar” in honor of the historic resistance movement of the same name, the brigade embodies a legacy of determination and defense. In 2022 and 2023, the unit was involved in some of the most intense battles across the eastern front, earning a reputation for effectiveness under pressure and tactical adaptability.

This patch is used by active personnel and serves as a symbol of one of Ukraine’s most recognized and experienced military formations.
