DESCRIPTION

The Russian Command Abandonment Surrender Leaflet is a two-sided Russian-language psychological-operations print associated with the Russia–Ukraine conflict. Its design uses a plain white background, large black lettering, handwritten profanity, and a red border intended to make the reverse recognizable as a surrender pass.

English translation:

“Soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine!

Your command does not give a fuck about you.

Stop giving a fuck too and surrender!”

The reverse carries the single large word:

“PASS.”

The translation preserves the deliberately vulgar wording of the original. The message uses hostility toward military leadership as its central theme, encouraging the reader to abandon obedience and surrender. The handwritten obscenity appears to have been added within the printed sentence, creating a rough and intentionally provocative visual effect.

The reverse allowed the sheet to function as a visible identification marker when approaching opposing positions. Unlike more detailed surrender instructions containing frequencies, call signs, or procedural steps, this leaflet relies on one brief slogan and the pass marking.

This example represents War in Ukraine surrender ephemera connected with modern battlefield communication. It may also suit collections of Russian trophy propaganda leaflet material and Ukraine conflict collector memorabilia. No issuing unit, printing date, distribution area, or recovery location is visible, so attribution should remain limited to the printed content and any available provenance.
