The Russian Remote Work Morale Patch carries the two-part phrase Rabotayu udalyonno, meaning I Work Remotely. A sniper rifle motif crosses the centre of a sight reticle with range-style markings.

This sniper humour insignia adapts the everyday expression for working away from an office to shooting at a distance. The Rabotayu Udalyonno slogan badge uses an olive central graphic with white lettering above and red lettering below.

The riflescope reticle novelty patch belongs to the military humour category. Its subject differs from drone operator designs that use a similar joke: here, the rifle and scope-style scale provide the shooting reference. The slogan is a statement about the illustrated activity rather than the name of a unit.
