2. Choose a convenient and safe moment to contact us. Make sure nobody is watching your screen.
3. After contact is established, provide detailed information about your location, your Telegram username or telephone number, and a suitable time for further contact. This is intended to shorten communication and preserve anonymity.

These details are required to organise your evacuation.

4. Delete the message history in the bot and wait for a reply at the stated time. You will receive the call sign and password of a coordinator who will contact you privately, followed by instructions for the evacuation operation.
