This Soviet Red Skull Patch combines a red skull shaped face with a yellow hammer and sickle beneath an outlined star on the forehead. Dark eye sockets, nose and teeth define the expression, with a dark perimeter following the complete head and jaw. The design has no surrounding rectangular field: the outer edge is cut to the shape of the illustrated skull shown in the photograph.

The yellow devices identify the Soviet themed element of the design. The hammer and sickle is placed high on the forehead, with the five pointed star directly above it. The rest of the face uses red and dark tones, so the yellow emblem remains visually separate from the skull’s expression. There is no written date, motto, unit number or formation title on the visible front.

The skull has strongly angled eye sockets, an open nose shape and two rows of outlined teeth. Curved dark lines mark the temples and cheek areas, while the lower jaw ends in a broad rounded point. These details distinguish the pictured shape from a long toothed graphic skull or a round badge carrying only a small skull in its centre. Here the whole product outline follows the head.

As Soviet skull insignia, the piece combines a political and historical emblem with a familiar military humour motif. This red communist emblem badge is identified through the devices actually shown rather than a named formation. The colour arrangement is specific: a red face, dark facial details and a yellow forehead emblem. Those features provide a direct comparison with versions using national tricolors or a plain monochrome face.

The photographed shaped military humour patch is offered as one individual item at €25, with one available. The front image records the complete outline and central details, including the forehead devices and lower jaw. The listing concerns this red embroidered version, whose yellow hammer, sickle and star distinguish it from other skull shaped pieces. The title records the Soviet themed imagery without adding a slogan that is absent from the face. Its full shape and colour arrangement remain visible in the supplied photograph, allowing the particular design to be compared with differently coloured skull motifs in a collection.
