If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a full refund or exchange your item for another. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order. All returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as you received them, with original tags and packaging intact.

Return Conditions

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase and return the item within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at infosturmbann@gmail.com and wait for our confirmation and return instructions. Returns are only accepted at the address provided to you in our reply after your request is approved. Returns sent without prior authorization or to a different address will not be accepted.

All returned items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Processing Returns and Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the item and standard shipping costs (if applicable) within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance.

If items are returned without original packaging, show signs of use, or are sent without prior approval or to the incorrect address, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
