This Russian Grenade Launcher Operator Patch carries «ГРАНАТОМЕТЧИК» across the top of an orange rectangular scene. The word translates as “Grenade launcher operator.” A skull faced soldier wears a helmet and goggles while handling an illustrated automatic grenade launcher, with dark tree silhouettes behind the figure. A pale Z appears toward the lower centre, and a small Russian tricolor is shown on the sleeve.

The Russian occupational word is transliterated as Granatometchik. It refers to a person operating a grenade launcher, so the title identifies the role depicted rather than a named regiment or battalion. The illustration supplies that context directly through the weapon in front of the figure. The inscription is retained in Cyrillic above, alongside the English translation for readers who do not read Russian.

The central character combines a skeletal face with modern illustrated equipment. Helmet, goggles, gloves and chest straps are visible within the orange, tan and dark colour scheme. A round ammunition container sits to the left of the weapon, while its body extends across the lower part of the scene. The background includes upright dark tree trunks and lighter shapes behind the shoulders.

As Russian grenadier themed insignia, this piece uses a complete illustrated scene rather than a simple written speciality tab. The Granatometchik skull badge has an orange ground and brown outer border, with the pale lower Z contrasting against the darker foreground. The automatic grenade launcher patch does not carry an additional unit number around the scene. Its exact title, figure and weapon imagery provide the catalogue identification.

The photographed specimen is offered as one item at €25, with one available. The supplied front image records the complete scene, including the upper inscription, sleeve tricolor, lower letter and rectangular outline. The product title follows the operator role actually written on the face, while the subtitle records the orange skull soldier version. This listing concerns the embroidered example pictured here. Its illustrated ammunition container, tree background and contrasting lower Z help distinguish the design from other grenade launcher themed pieces. The full front photograph belongs to the individual item offered, with the entire perimeter included as a reference for its shape and layout.
