This Russian Otvazhnye Soldier Patch shows an armed, helmeted figure against a red field and a broad pale circle. The lower inscription reads «ОТВАЖНЫЕ», translated as “The Brave” or “The Courageous.” A small red sleeve badge with a pale circular device appears on the illustrated soldier. The patch has a shaped lower edge beneath the lettering, with a red perimeter around the complete face.

The Russian word is transliterated as Otvazhnye. It is associated in reporting and museum cataloguing with the Russian Group Centre and its circular identification theme. A museum description of an earlier red O patch records that association. The item pictured here is a more elaborate illustrated version, adding a soldier and written title to the red and pale circle composition.

The figure wears a helmet, goggles, a covered face and green combat equipment. A weapon rests across the upper body, with its curved magazine visible toward the left side of the scene. Dark gloves and pouches are outlined within the green clothing. The broad circle remains visible behind the head and shoulders, helping separate the central illustration from the surrounding red ground.

As Otvazhnye themed insignia, this example should be distinguished visually from a plain red square carrying only an O. The Russian Group Centre badge theme is represented through the name and circle, while the product itself has an illustrated front rather than a simple single character. The red soldier illustration patch has no additional regiment number or personal name on the visible face.

The photographed item is offered as one specimen at €25, with one available. The front image records the full figure, lower word and shaped border, including the smaller circular sleeve device within the illustration. The English title preserves Otvazhnye as the identifying name, with its meaning explained above for readers who do not read Russian. This listing concerns the red illustrated version shown. Its soldier, pale circle and complete lower inscription provide the reference for comparison with other designs using the same name. The image belongs to the individual specimen offered, with the entire perimeter and scene visible in the supplied front view.
