The printed text reads:

“An appeal to mercenaries!

Saving your life is not included in the duties of international law. We offer you a deal. Money is not what you came here for. You are hiding behind the noble mission of helping Ukraine, which you have nothing to do with.

The one and only way to save your lives and return to your motherland is to surrender. We are ready to exchange you for Russian prisoners of war. Remember, money is useless if you are dead.

The reverse reads:

“How to avoid inglorious and senseless death:

1. Detach the magazine from your weapon.
2. Hang the weapon on your left shoulder with the barrel facing down.
3. Raise your hands above your head and slowly approach Russian positions.
4. Raise a piece of white cloth, a handkerchief, or this leaflet above your head.

We guarantee life and conditions according to the Geneva Convention. All wounded and sick will receive medical assistance.”
