The Russian UAV Operator Patch carries a role title above a quadcopter and a slogan below it. The upper wording translates as UAV Operator; the lower inscription means I Work Remotely.

BPLA is the Russian abbreviation for an unmanned aerial vehicle. In this design the role is represented by a four-rotor drone placed within a sight-like circular graphic. The wording makes the subject more specific than an unlabelled drone silhouette.

This drone operator role insignia uses remote-working humour: the operator controls the aircraft from a separate position. The Rabotayu Distantsionno badge combines the occupational title with that joke. Its quadcopter crosshair emblem identifies the illustrated subject as a small multirotor aircraft.
